Spider-Bat

Plus Spider-Man is constantly poor, has to juggle being a superhero and being Peter Parker and has to deal with people calling him a menace almost all the time all single handedly plus almost all his villians have powers that can destroy the city in days if not hours. Batman is fucking rich, can be batman almost all the time with no reprecussion, has a whole bat-family to help him, and his main villian is just a normal (albiet insane) person.
